File Selector
HTML forms support input tags that allow the visitor to browse his or her own computer and select a file. The input field appears on screen with a space to type text and a browse button. The drive, path, name and extension of the selected file (but not the actual file contents) are sent to the server.
The entire file specification will be available in normal characters from the QueryString or Form collection. You can also parse the file name, extension, drive or path, as in sample 2 below.
