Name and Value
Hidden fields are very similar to text fields. They have a NAME attribute which identifies the data and a VALUE attribute which holds the actual data. Note thathidden fields can easily be read from the source code. Don't be fooled by theterm "hidden": there is no more than the most meager level of privacy.
